We keep Personal Data only for as long as needed for the purposes in this Privacy Policy and as required by law. Our standard retention periods are:

• Counseling and psychotherapy records (bookings, session details, concern description): five (5) years after Your last session
• Payment and billing records: ten (10) years, as required by Philippine tax regulations
• Workshop, training and program registrations: three (3) years after the event or program
• Contact form messages and inquiries: two (2) years
• Database backups: automatically deleted after thirty (30) days

After these periods, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law, a legal claim is pending, or You ask Us to keep it.
